 Once you've signed a proposal, we take the next step by booking an onboarding meeting. This ensures that all the necessary documents are in place, ready for us to carry out the work seamlessly. During this onboarding session, we'll guide you through the process and set the stage for a smooth collaboration.

As part of our comprehensive services, we'll schedule an online training session to familiarise you with our user-friendly software. You'll gain access to a secure portal where you can conveniently upload all your financial documents, including receipts and invoices. This eliminates the need for separate emails and allows you to manage your documents effortlessly within your busy schedule.

We've chosen to work exclusively with Xero because we believe it's the most suitable software for businesses regardless of the stage you're at! Using Xero, we will maintain year-round financial oversight. Any receipts you've uploaded will seamlessly integrate into Xero, and all client invoices you create will be generated within the platform. By linking your bank accounts, we'll gain a comprehensive overview of your business's cash flow, providing us both with a complete picture of income and expenses.
